Located in Paris, this Customer Service and Tender Manager role will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support to the French team within the interactions with hospitals, pharmacists & HCPs. This includes extensive interactions as well with the EU hub for reporting & follow-up on orders & activities.
The Business Operation Manager reports to the Country Manager, France.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all the administrative tasks supporting the team listing & contracting of the drugs at hospitals including interaction with legal & finance
- Support on the validation of the customer accounts at the EU warehouse
- Follow & manage with the EU warehouse & the local team all customer requests outside the FAQ
- Follow on payment recovery when needed
- Extract & clean data allowing frequent reporting on activities to EU
- Generate standard dashboards allowing following performance
- Interact with KAMs & MSLs allowing administrative support of the daily activities
- Support on contracting activities with supplier
- Support as a back-up the works with the Regulatory Affairs Director in establishing all the declarative sunshine act declarations (DMOS & transparency)
- Back-up the office coordinator in activities during holidays or high exceptional work load
Skills and Requirements:
- In depth industry experience in operating roles
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize as well as being highly flexible
- Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects and associated budgets
- Ability to effectively handle and lead multiple tasks/projects independently
- Ability to take initiative, being highly proactive and make decisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation to internal stakeholders
- Perform accurate and complete work, within deadlines, with or without direct supervision
- Driven to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Fluent in English written and oral, and French as mother tongue
- Sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility
- Pronounced customer focus
- Experience in customer Service and Supply chain Management
- Excellent analytical skills, data management and mining experience, and an understanding of interconnected enterprise systems like Oracle, SAP, Business Warehouse, CRM and Excel is preferred
