A leading pharmaceutical company that specialises in diabetes care is advertising a vacancy for a Customer Care Associate. The organisation provides leading and innovative treatments for diabetes, obesity, haemophilia, and growth disorders. The Customer Care Associate will join this company in their office in New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated applicant to bolster a career with a historic company that prides itself on its noteworthy presence in the pharmaceutical field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patient and HCP customers with inquiries related to company information, product information inquiries, product and device use, literature requests, savings offers, and assistance with other company products and services.
  • Responsible for the identification, reporting, and documenting of product adverse events, product technical complaints, and other safety information.
  • Delivering an optimal customer experience and build customer loyalty through telephone interactions, email, postal mail, and emerging communications such as chat, text, and social media.
  • Obtaining and documenting all information from customers regarding adverse events, product technical complaints, and other safety information, and advising on replacement/return procedures.
  • Providing technical assistance to customers related to the company product or promotional website issues.
  • Conducting outbound telemarketing projects or conducting surveys with customers.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Previous customer facing experience.
  • Professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device call center highly desirable.
  • Data entry experience required.
  • Fluency to read and speak Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
