Proclinical is advertising a new vacancy for a CTA with a global pharmaceutical company that specialises in the development of biological therapies. This top 10 company is seeking for a talented and hard-working individual to join their Swiss-based team on a contract basis.

The CTA will be responsible for supporting Trial Monitoring Organisation (TMO) in administrative tasks related to Innovative Medicines Phase I-IV Global Drug Development (GDD) clinical trials. The CTA will be fundamental to the efficient execution of trials and will support overall compliance with GCPs and the company's SOPs. Finally, for this position, the CTA will prioritise administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Skills and Requirements:

  • Setting up the country and site-specific paper Trial Master File (pTMF) and maintaining it in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Scanning and uploading trial documents/communications into the electronic document management system.
  • Collaborating with translating and medical writing agencies to ensure translation/medical writing of relevant trial documents.
  • Supporting the TMO team in the preparing of requests of authorisation to health authorities for new trials under the supervision of CTAs.
  • Supporting the TMO team in creating, ordering, and mailing of trial tools.
  • Supporting the TMO team in ordering/tracking/coordinating shipment of trial supplies.
  • Preparing purchase orders, managing invoices, processing payments.
  • Supporting the TMO team as needed to ensure that the reporting systems, i.e., data management systems, are kept up to date.
  • Supporting with tracking needs of a trial.
  • Supporting with setting up webcasts, TCs, or other meeting formats.

To Apply:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
  • Fluency in oral and written English, along with proficiency in French or German.
  • Demonstrable commercial or business experience, with knowledge or experience in the clinical research environment a desired bonus.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Strong organisational and prioritising skills, with the capability to work in a flexible matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrable collaboration, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • The capability to work under pressure.
