Proclinical are currently recruiting for CRA - Medical Device job in Switzerland. The company is a multinational medical device manufacturer and are at the forefront of biomaterials, musculoskeletal, instruments and other orthopaedic technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the project team during site selection process.
  • Supporting the project team during protocol development process.
  • Contacting selected sites and propose study participation, as needed.
  • Performing site selection visit according to standard internal procedures, as needed.
  • Driving and ensuring the timely completion of internal project and site approval process.
  • Driving the contracting and payment processes during project duration.
  • Ensuring the timely initiation of the study and follow-up with site.
  • Supporting submission of protocols to ethics committees as needed.
  • Properly tracking study progress and escalate issues timely.
  • Gathering data and resolve data discrepancies as needed.
  • Performing statistics and write study report as needed. Spotting trends and coordinating sales activities with sales manager accordingly.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent education in technical area (biomedical sciences or engineering, medical or biology, etc.) with a preference for an advanced degree (PhD, MD).
  • Professional experience.
  • Previous experience in clinical study conduct activities is a must.
  • Previous experience in medical device is preferred.
  • Depending on the expertise level, the candidate might be offered a junior position or a standard one
    Sound knowledge of ISO, GCP, MedDev and MDR requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in any other European languages a desirable bonus.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
