CRA

Proclinical have partnered exclusively with a rapidly growing Pharmaceutical company based in the Stevenage area who are looking for a CRA with 6-12 months of experience to join their dynamic and young team. They have a solid product pipeline and are they're looking for driven, personable and hard-working individuals to join their company that want to step-up with in an organisation.

They're small in size with a Clinical Operations team of 8 people which means this role will be extremely hands with short communication lines so you can develop quickly in your career. Perfect for someone who's is looking for fast career progression.

Responsibilities:

• Site management and monitoring activities across mainland Europe

• co-monitoring, training and mentoring of junior members in the team

• 2 visits per month

Requirements:

• You should be life science degree educated with independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Flexibility and ability to travel 2 times a month with strong communication, written and presentation skills

• 6-12 months years' experience as a CRA within a Pharma/ CRO setting

Salary:

• £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + 10% bonus
