A leading global contract research organisation is seeking to recruit a CRA II/Senior CRA - Madrid/Barcelona. Job Responsibilities:

  • Performing and coordinating all aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process for assigned sites in accordance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company SOPs.
  • Conducting site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing required documentation to ensure that data will pass international quality assurance audits.
  • Developing strong and collaborative relationships with investigational sites.
  • Conducting between 8 and 12 site visits per month.
  • Monitoring some sites based in other regions of Spain.
  • Advising, counselling, and motivating investigational sites.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A relevant life-science degree.
  • Previous clinical trial monitoring experience equivalent to 1 year or more in a CRA role.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
