Contract Sourcing Specialist

Proclinical is excited to announce that a new job opportunity has arisen for a Sourcing Specialist to join one the largest CROs in the global market, that specialises in technological advancements and access to real-world data.

The Sourcing Specialist will join the company's Talent Acquisition team in London, and will provide administrative support during the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and qualifying candidates, as well as acting as the custodian for candidate tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing sourcing support to local recruiter and pillar leads.
• Managing and tracking all candidate data from introduction through to onboarding in Workday & Yello.
• Contributing to candidate engagement and overall experience.
• Ensuring accurate communication and scheduling of interviews, kicking off meetings, debriefs, and preparing supporting paperwork.
• Preparing regular pipeline reports.
• Holding accountability for timely and efficient interviews and assessments to drive quality candidate experience.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience within a fast-paced organisation, delivering efficient and reliable administration support.
• Working in the Management Consulting sector preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in a recruiting environment.
• Experience using popular recruiting tools and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships up to a senior level.
• Highly organised with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft office skills combined with office experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communicative skills.
• Experience of Workday preferred.
• Must be highly motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
