Contract Manager

Proclinical is partnering with a with a leading Medical Devices company to advertise a position for a Contract Manager vacancy. This organisation, which provides technologically advanced acute care solutions, is seeking for an experienced incumbent to join their team in France.

This is a new position within the organisation, and will focus on business to business affairs, mostly in the public sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading the contract database implementation and management within the organisation in order to ensure revenue recognition.
• Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policies.
• Contributing or influencing company policies.
• Analysing and optimising the flow of invoicing.
• Developing a partnership with the commercial team to influence and impact business decisions.

Skills and Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5-8 years of experience in audit/controlling affairs.
• A rigorous, analytical approach to work, with strong commercial awareness.
• Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
