An internationally renowned pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator to their office in Surrey. This prestigious organisation is known for their historic presence across multiple therapy areas, including the cardiovascular, neurology, and immunology fields. The successful applicant will have the exciting opportunity to work with this illustrious company and bolster their career in the pharmaceutical field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting compliance activities in the corporate CMC repository, ensuring that systems accurately reflect the submission status.
  • Maintaining systems and databases per internal SOPs and policies.
  • Operating to the highest conformance standards.
  • Operating in line with internal SOPs and policies.
  • Liaising with regulatory colleagues to communicate and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring a thorough understanding and application of the relevant GRA procedures.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent i.e. degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related life science field.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality or compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of content and requirements for CTD Module 3.
  • Demonstrable experience with a pharmaceutical company with proven examples of contribution.
  • Experience with maintaining electronic systems and databases.
  • Knowledge on general standards, processes and policies of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage Regulatory issues and consistently deliver to time, cost, and quality standards.
  • Good knowledge of European submission product lifecycle management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience of effective delivery in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrable project management skills.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
