A historic pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a Code Approval Specialist (Final Signatory) to their office in Finland. The organisation creates informative and engaging online communities that share information in meaningful ways. This vacancy offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading and innovative pharmaceutical organisation that develops high quality medicines that meet real needs.

The Code Approval Specialist will approve promotional, education, and company materials for use by the company. They are expected to contribute to the development of Promotional Materials Approval Process (PMAP) across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Approving and acting as final signatory for the company's promotional, non-promotional, and digital materials in a country of focus
  • Contributing to support, where possible, similar work in other Nordic countries.
  • Contributing to the development and upkeep of the PMAP processes across the countries.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams in the delivery of the PMAP process.
  • Using strong communication skills to maintain high standards.
  • Working with a focus to deliver high performance with high integrity.
  • Ensuring that all programmes and materials are 100% compliant to Local Codes of Practice, local SOPs, and company procedures.
  • Coaching and training team members and cross functional colleagues in matters related to approval process.
  • Training related to the PMAP process across the Nordics area and the UK Hub.

Skills and Requirements:

  • In line with the host country code and statutory requirements, e.g. qualified pharmacist or physician.
  • Extensive experience of work in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • An excellent working knowledge of the Code and Regulatory process in the country of focus and a general understanding of these principles across the Nordic countries Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
