Clinical Trial Disclosure Associate

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Clinical Trial Disclosure Associate, based in Foster City, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical trial registrations and posting results of the same to various websites and internal and external registries.

Responsibilities

• Register, post and update clinical trials and post results on various internal and external registries and websites.
• Adhere to basic requirements of regulatory document timelines.
• Perform QC/editing of training manuals, business practices, checklist documents.
• Support continual improvements by evaluating disclosure business process and providing suggestions to enhance compliance and efficiency.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant field and 2+ years of industry experience.
• Basic understanding of clinical development and associated regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe software.
