Clinical Training Support Specialist - Medical Device

Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Training Support Specialist, Medical Device, for an exciting medical device company, to be based in Germany on a permanent basis.

The Program Support Specialist (PSS) will provide our customers with onsite technology integration, education and utilization support. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Clinical Affairs to ensure that customers have the necessary tools to both launch and maintain a successful product surgery program. The PSS will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of onsite education and support programs and collaborate extensively on customer training, engineering and research initiatives.

Job Responsibilties:

• Develop competency in specific company systems
• Support integration of company technology into OR environments
• Deliver company technology in-services onsite for hospital OR staffs and surgeons
• Support utilization of company technology in the OR
• Support company product troubleshooting and maintenance
• Collaborate with Clinical Affairs to provide onsite training and education services in alignment with research efforts
• Align with sales and marketing partners on delivering customized customer assistance

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Clinical or Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Communications or Education
• 1-3 yrs. training experience with proven experience providing training on complex topics and/or technology
• Experience in an Operating Room environment
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a cross departmental team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours
• Fluent in English and local language as required
• Ability to travel up to 50%
