Proclinical is working with a scientifically-driven, global, full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. This CRO is seeking a Clinical Safety Coordinator to be based in London on a permanent contract.

This position plays a key role in the pharmacovigilance process at the CRO. Working in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Job Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and track serious adverse event (SAE) reports and clinical event documents;
Generate and track study report safety narratives;
Coordinate safety surveillance activities (e.g., lab review and trend analysis);
Generate Investigator Safety Letters;
Assist in preparation of clinical safety documents

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of clinical safety experience;
Review final study report narratives with Clinical Safety Manager;
Draft complex study-specific safety plans and documents for assigned studies;
Generate Investigator Safety Letters for Medical Monitor and Sponsor review;
Coordinate complex safety surveillance activities (e.g., trend analysis) including successful communication with Medical Monitor and Clinical Safety Manager.
