Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) position with an international Contract Research Organisation (CRO). This company, which prides itself on its ability to deliver end-to-end clinical and commercial solutions, is seeking for the CRA to join their team based in France.

The CRA will be responsible for working on clinical research projects in phases I-IV.

Job Responsibilities:

Performing site qualification, monitoring, site initiation, site management, and close out visits.
Becoming involved in study start up.
Performing CRF reviews, sourcing document verification, and querying resolutions.
Overseeing site communication and management.
Complying with protocol.
Providing training and mentoring to more junior CRAs.
Supporting the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.

Skills and Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
At least 2 years of independent, on-site monitoring experience in France.
Demonstrable experience in Oncology.
Demonstrable experience in all types of monitoring visits.
Working proficiency in English and French.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and persuasion.
Solid problem-solving skills.
AN ability to travel 75% of the time.
