Clerical Support

Proclinical is excited to announce that a new job opportunity has arisen for a Clerical Support position to join a pharmaceutical company that specialises in emergency care treatment options. This exciting company is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join their team in the US. This is a contract position, lasting at least 6 months.

Job Responsibilities:

• Revising and routing batch records, SOPs, and other site GMP documents in accordance with site procedures through a documentation management system.
• Evaluating and improving document content and overall organisation, working with SMEs to implement changes. This includes simplifying content, along with troubleshooting and fixing documentation issues as needed.
• Resources will have experience with high attention to detail, time management, and experience with Microsoft Office, Documentum, PDFs, and Outlook.
• Documenting management and control during verification lifecycles.
• Supporting qualification specialists and other team members as needed.
• Preparing reports, weekly statuses, and other document control duties.

Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team ethos, with a demonstrated track record of success in cross-functional team and fast moving environment.
• An ability to manage multiple simultaneously to ensure timely, on-target, and within budget accomplishment of tasks.
