An internationally renowned pharmaceutical organisation is seeking to hire a Change Management Project Manager for their office in the US. This historic company, which has been established for well over a century, prides itself on its work across multiple therapy areas, including cardiovascular, neurology, and immunology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious pharmaceutical establishments in the world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Change Management expertise.
- Develop the Change Management Workstream action plan.
- Work directly with the site Change Management SMEs to execute the action plan.
- Review and update SOPs and other associated documents as needed for business process adoption.
- Coordinate/Update Batch Records re-design with "To-Be" process for the removal of site green sampling sheets.
- Complete "To-Be" business process mapping for sample management.
- Ensure the changes are implemented and communicated effectively to the impacted resources prior to go-live.
- Work with site SMEs to develop supplemental training as needed to support changes.
- Work with Site Project Manager on completion of site Change Control.
- Issue and Risk Evaluation and mitigation.
- Provide status update to core and site leadership.
Skills and Requirements:
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
