At Proclinical, we are seeking a hardworking individual to fill the exciting new role of Associate Scientist, based in Cambridge, MA.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical methods using quantitative PCR (qPCR), ELISA (biomarker and anti-drug antibody) and immunoprecipitation.
Develop and run electrophoresis methods to determine protein binding.
Perform sample testing and investigative bioanalysis for assigned studies.
Perform extraction of DNA and RNA.
RT-qPCR primer and probe design for target sequences.
Execute experiments and perform data analysis, creating draft documents and presentations.

Skills And Qualifications

BA or MA in related scientific field and 1-3 years of biopharmaceutical experience.
Hands on knowledge and technical skills to perform analytical methods such as qPCR, ELISA, and Immunoprecipitation with subsequent data analysis.
Experience with Biacore and MSD preferred.
Previous experience with oligonucleotides is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
