Proclinical is partnering with a global biopharmaceutical company to announce a vacancy for an Associate Director Marketing, Liver Diseases position. This organisation, which boasts a growing pipeline of investigational drugs, is seeking for an experienced Marketing expert to join their dynamic office in Munich.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies for HCV and NASH.
  • Strategically coordinating and implementing marketing plans across functions.
  • Liaising with the company's medical sales, market research, corporate communications, and finance teams to drive activities and achieve revenue and results objectives.
  • Liaising with Sales Managers to ensure effective communication and implementation of our marketing strategy.
  • Soliciting and using feedback to optimise marketing channels and communication messages.
  • Forecasting revenue and expenses based on strategies and tactics defined in business plans.
  • Liaising with the medical group to ensure optimum dosing and using published data to support product portfolio strategy.
  • Overseeing and strategically directing multiple projects, including overall agency management.
  • Ensuring that all marketing activities follow regulatory and legal requirements.

Skills and Requirements:

  • A BS or BA degree in marketing or related field, along with considerable relevant experience.
  • An extensive knowledge and advanced experience in pharmaceutical product life cycle management in a variety of therapeutic areas (Experience in Liver Diseases and/or Diabetes, Multi Stakeholder Businesses and patient journey design will be a key asset).
  • Capable of successfully performing complex budget management with an understanding of revenue forecasting.
  • A demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans.
  • Capable of working in a team, analysing, and working with attention to detail, process and prioritise sensitive complex information, and solving problems.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
