Proclinical is advertising an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Marketing with a global biopharmaceutical company based in West London. This company, which prides itself on its patient-focused culture and has a growing pipeline of investigational drugs, is looking to recruit a talented and capable Associate Director to their team in Munich.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading development and maintenance of digital infrastructure to enable digital customer facing activities.
- Serving as the digital marketing point-of-contact between Marketing, digital agencies, and Multi-channel hub teams at HQ to enable seamless execution of brand strategy.
- Leading on digital strategy, planning, and execution of digital campaigns/tactics.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Business Unit Directors on campaign/tactic strategy and providing input on the development of functional plans.
- Providing digital expertise into the ongoing evolution of customer model by working with business/marketing leads on critical business priorities.
- Collaborating with Marketing in planning and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns from initial brief to execution to delivery on predefined goals.
- Developing and deploying digital transformation projects and changing roadmaps.
- Delivering necessary requirement documentation to support the development of digital programs.
- Supporting planning and execution of promotional activities for customer facing events.
- Monitoring, testing, and reporting on campaign performance, and suggesting and implementing best practices.
- Identifying business process and capability improvement opportunities aligned to the needs of the business.
- Administering and monitoring all applications and processes in the system environment.
- Identifying opportunities for synergies and collaboration within and across therapeutic areas.
- Maintaining view of the competitive landscape, keeping a broad perspective across the company, and the pharma industry overall, to identify and drive best practice around digital expertise.
- Overviewing digital governance (Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Analytics, Event Management, IT).
Skills and Requirements:
- A degree in Science/Marketing, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, multi-channel, marketing operations, campaign/tactic execution/management, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing.
- An ability in managing digital agencies, vendors, and project teams.
- Tracking record of coordinating multiple teams to prioritise business objectives and meet business requirements.
- Good track record of planning, organising, and executing campaigns through effective project management.
- Demonstrable experience of the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
- Demonstrable experience of forecasting in a quantitative/analytical function (analytics, data science, business intelligence) in the pharmaceutical industry desirable.
- Experienced in conception of online, marketing, mobile, and tablet solutions, as well as the development of multi-channel sales-tools.
