Proclinical, in support of our client, are seeking a hardworking and talented individual to fill the role of Associate Director of Marketing, based in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will be a critical and visible leader within the marketing team, and as part of the Multiple Sclerosis franchise.

Responsibilities

Work with PDC lead to identify strategic priorities at a global level.
Develop strategic insights, and subsequent strategic plans to support brand plans.
Develop materials to support global launch.
Define and refine global forecasts based on internal and external insights.
Support various regions in their launch(es).
Integrate and synthesize insights to provide full perspective on MS brand health and opportunities.
Manages overarching strategic relationships internally and externally with our vendors such as market research and key vendors including assessments and RFP decisions.
Lead and set the direction for cross-functional strategic initiatives and shape key strategic marketing choices by geography.
Responsible for the brand budget and decision maker for the allocation of that spend.

Skills And Qualifications

BA/BS in a related field required (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of commercial experience. Within same, 5+ years of marketing experience (biotech/pharma preferred).
Experience in specialty markets; Multiple Sclerosis a plus.
Product launch experience in specialty pharma.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as excellent presentational skills.
