Assoc Sample Coordinator EMEA/APAC

Proclinical is advertising a vacancy for an Associate Sample Coordinator EMEA/APAC position with an international contract research organisation. The company, which provides drug discovery, lifecycle management, and laboratory services, is seeking for a driven and talented individual to join their company in a home-based capacity. Job Responsibilities:

• Providing support to Sample Coordinator and performs administrative tasks in the Sample Management Department.
• Following SOPs and applicable client procedures and fulfilling laboratory requests with modest direct supervision.
• Maintaining sample/standard tracking, completing all required documentation, and tracking clearly and accurately according to SOPs.
• Cooperating with co-workers with an organized team environment or work alone with moderate supervision.

Skills and Requirements:

• Non-degreed (High School or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with inventory handling/tracking or in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to read, identify, transcribe, and communicate details accurately.
• Ability to perform daily work assignments accurately and in a safe manner with moderate supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow detailed written and verbal instruction.
• Ability to train on SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements.
• Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
• Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
