At ProClinical, we are seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant, located in La Verne, CA.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to any and all relevant individuals.
- Coordinate functional administrative activities which support clinical trials, medical information, sales etc.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the department's interview process.
- Organize and schedule extra-department meetings.
- Ensure computer equipment and all new hire materials are arranged for the person's first day.
- Track and verify data using a variety of software to conduct data entry and sorting of information.
- Track department budget as directed by immediate manager.
- Conduct internet searches as directed.
- Create or assist in the creation of presentation materials and drafts technical documents as needed.
- Manipulate Excel spreadsheets into different sorts and formats.
- Work with Word and Power Point documents as directed by immediate manager.
- Collect, record, track and verify relatively complex data and information from multiple sources.
- Liaise with external agencies or organizations to coordinate activities which are important to the function of the department.
