Head of Analytical Tech Transfer

My client is an international biopharmaceutical company, active in the fields of drug development, manufacturing and diagnostics. They are seeking a Head of Analytical Techn Transfer to join their team in Western Switzerland. 

Role Requirements:

  • Your role with the company would involve managing the transfer of biochemical methods for batch release and analysis in process for raw materials, reagents and intermediate production between the donor site and the receptor site.
  • The client is aiming to complete the tech transfer of the biochemical analytical methods to ensure the production of the first batch in June 2018. You will need to define needs in terms of equipment and facilities, all the while ensuring compliance methodologies and updating documents between sites.
  • Troubleshooting analytical methods will also be part of the role so someone with a strong background in developing biochemical methods and genotyping PCR type, FACS, DNA assay, cell viability will be key.
  • You will be required to work in Canada for 3 to 6 months for this role, so being able to work in a multicultural environment and having the ability to create links between staff at both sites is very important.
