Recruitment can be an extremely challenging and highly competitive profession, and the industry has changed a great deal since ProClinical's inception in 2005. We believe that the following elements are key to our consultant's success:

 

Dedicated client services team

Our global client services team contains Richard Thomas (Cardiff/London), Neil Winn (London), Darren Whyte (New York) and John Bowler (Switzerland). They are constantly working to develop new client arrangements and further develop our relationships with current companies to the benefit of our consultants.

Candidate attraction

You can have access to LinkedIn RPS Licences, industry-specific job boards( Emed Careers, New Scientist, Pharmiweb etc) and generalist job boards. Our rapidly expanding database has more than 30,000 screened and qualified candidates, and we receive over 1000 new CVs per month from our own website.

Training

Delivery, Knowledge and Trust are ProClinical's core values, and the Knowledge element is driven by our internal life-science knowledge and through the recruitment training programme that was built by a former S3 trainer. We are confident that you won't find a life-science recruitment company that can teach you more about the industry and allow you to be a true expert in your functional area. This is critical if you are an experienced recruiter currently specialising outside of life sciences but are considering changing areas.

Incentives

As a great way to reward individual and team performance we believe that they should be inclusive events. Examples of our previous incentives include quarterly trips to Sandown park race course, go karting and Michelin star restaurants. Our top performers have visited Singapore, the French Alps, New York, Las Vegas and other global destinations.
