Warehouse Clerk - Contract - Onsite

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join a global pharmaceutical organization. This is a contract role located in Social Circle, GA.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all local Manufacturing Plasma Operations, including receiving plasma shipments, managing the disposition of plasma units, and maintaining compliance with FDA, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of the production area and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and minimum 2+ years of related experience.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse and/or technical office experience preferred.
  • 2 years of stand-up forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift and other material handling powered equipment.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment and in controlled environments requiring special gowning.
  • Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.

The Warehouse Clerk will:

  • Support all local Manufacturing Plasma Operations.
  • Receive plasma shipments both physically and electronically.
  • Manage the Automated and Manual Disposition of plasma units based on the teardown schedule.
  • Assist with the Staging of Disposition plasma to be delivered to production.
  • Segregate questionable plasma units for processing as "On Hold" or "Quarantine" status.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet-jacks.
  • Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams and departmental projects.
  • Maintain an updated record of training, including new revisions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Perform daily cleaning of the production area to maintain in GMP fashion.

Compensation:

$20 hourly
