Clinical Research Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA - Permanent

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinical Research Coordinator. This is a permanent position located in Philadelphia, PA.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves coordinating and implementing complex Phase I-IV clinical trials, maintaining all necessary documentation, and ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines. The successful candidate will work directly with Physician Investigators and report to the Project Manager. This role may require weekend work as specified in protocols.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Practical experience coordinating the day-to-day activities of multiple therapeutic research protocols.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new methods quickly and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Knowledge or experience in Hepatology preferred but not required.
  • Possess working knowledge of the Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), International Conference of Harmonisation (ICH), and Good Clinical (Research) Practice (GCP) Guidelines.

The Clinical Research Coordinator will:

  • Prepare and process all IRB documentation.
  • Recruit, screen, and enroll potential study subjects.
  • Coordinate, organize, and maintain all clinical trial documentation and data entry required by the Sponsor.
  • Participate in the conduct of audits; data entry; resolve data queries; conduct initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits with the Sponsor.
  • Mentor and supervise other clinical research coordinators and research assistants on the team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
